North Carolina Moving Toward Helmet Option Law

So North Carolina may be the next state to put the decision over helmet or no helmet where it belongs. In the hands of the rider. Whether you wear a helmet or not it should be your choice.     Michigan has changed to a choice state or partial law state as of last year.
